The economics of climate change
The world produces 53 billion tons of climate pollution every year, and reducing it is no small task. But the costs of a warmer climate are also harmful to the economy. In this video, Costello explains the economics of climate change and the three key climate solutions that can deliver the biggest impact at the lowest cost: putting a price on carbon; recognizing and rewarding the climate work of nature; and reducing climate super-pollutants like methane. These solutions are already being employed around the world.
