If you’re a fan of HGTV’s mega-hit competition series “Rock the Block,” you’re bound to recognize this lovely home.
The modern farmhouse was crowned as the winner of the first season of the popular home design competition, which puts four teams of “powerhouse experts” to compete against each other to renovate identical properties and morph them into the ultimate suburban oasis.
In “Rock the Block,” the competitors/property experts only have a few weeks to get everything done, and they’re working on a strict budget.
But that didn’t stop Jasmine Roth, star of HGTV’s “Hidden Potential,” from delivering a stunning remodel of the single-story home.
The judges praised Jasmine’s remodel for being family-friendly and adding beautiful features like a dramatic entryway, a pool and an elevated interior style.

Dramatic Entryway

Set in the master-planned community of Aliento, a gated enclave in Santa Clarita, California, the single-story residence packs 2,547 square feet of living space in its beautifully appointed interiors.
With four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the HGTV house is warm and inviting, featuring high ceilings and light wood floors.
The great room is anchored by a stone fireplace, with a tall wood-paneled ceiling towering above and sliding doors opening up to the backyard and pool area.

The Bedroom

Each bedroom has been carefully envisioned to maximize comfort without sacrificing on style. The same goes for the bathrooms, where Jasmine Roth clearly picked out all the finishes herself.
