Between family conflicts and the stress of gift giving, the holiday season can be anxiety-inducing. Luckily, the best way for you to unwind can be found in the constellations. Here are the best ways for each star sign to unwind.

Aquarius

Aquarians are marked by their focus on good causes and friendship. Schedule a date with a friend or a group to go out and give back to the community. This can look like making cards for sick children or volunteering at a local food pantry. The options are endless, so find a cause that you resonate with!

Pisces

Pisces are one of the most artistic signs, thanks to their flair for style. Grab some paints and paper or canvas, and get to painting! Putting on some of your favorite music can add an extra layer of fun. As the weather cools, try looking out a window and drawing the winter landscape.
